Bio
Lili was admitted to the Malaysian Bar in 2019 and practises mainly in corporate, commercial and intellectual property law. She has experience in both private practice as legal associate and in-house legal manager roles with a listed company (Power Root Berhad) and a multinational corporation(Kellogg Company), where she advised listed group, multinational enterprise, and growth-stage businesses on complex legal and regulatory matters across Southeast Asia.
She acts as trusted counsel to senior management and business leaders, supporting market expansion, cross-border transactions, intellectual property strategy, employment matters and regulatory risk management, particularly within the fast-moving consumer goods sector.
Lili is recognised for combining legal precision with strong commercial judgement. Her approach is pragmatic and solution-oriented, enabling businesses to execute strategic initiatives confidently while safeguarding enterprise risk, brand value and compliance integrity.
Her principal focus lies in the protection and commercialisation of intellectual property. She advises consumer-facing and FMCG businesses on regional brand protection strategies, portfolio development and enforcement, as well as IP-driven transactions, including licensing, franchising and other commercialisation arrangements.
