In October 2023, Mr. Bryan assumed a pivotal role in Conveyancing and Corporate Department of Messrs. Chan & Ngoh. In this capacity, he oversees the firm’s conveyancing and corporate operations, specializing in commercial advisory services related to corporate law, real estate transactions, and property management matters. Additionally, he adeptly navigates the complexities of conventional and syariah compliance security documents for consumer, business, and project financing, solidifying his standing as a seasoned legal professional in the field.

His corporate advisory practice has expanded to include advising pre-IPO companies on governance frameworks, corporate structuring, and compliance readiness in preparation for public listing.
At Chan & Ngoh, Mr. Chan oversees the firm’s conveyancing and commercial advisory practices, spanning corporate, real estate, and asset management matters. He also advises on conventional and Shariah-compliant financing documentation across consumer, business, and project financing.
